My LJ’s been silent for what seem like ages to me. Quoting someone, “I’ve got an excuse for every selfish thing I do”. Oh yes ladies and gentlemen, I do have a few good excuses as to why I haven’t posted anything since last month.

1. Rei Ayanami is working on her thesis. We only have one computer at home... unless Santa Claus would give me a nice new laptop with WiFi this Christmas or on my birthday. Hey, can’t St. Nick make an exemption? I'm trying to be a nice girl now. >:]

2. I’m using dial-up connection. How can I use the internet when someone’s using the phone until the wee hours of the morning?

3. Either I'm catching up on my reading (how my backlog grows every two weeks!) or grappling with insomnia.

4. And dial-up connection really sucks from 12mn up to 6 a.m. because most prepaid ISPs have their free surf hour’s promo at these times. Not an excuse really because I’m still using dial-up connection until now.

5. Using PLDT Vibe post-paid dial-up access is not an option. Not only it’s much worse than my prepaid ISP, it’s going to flail our phone bill.

6. I volunteered [as a guinea pig] for the Internet lockdown in our office. They’re going to implement the lockdown anyways (which they already did). Sigh.

7. I've been busy. Enough said.
